Where ancient wellness practices
enrich a modern home

Purpose
Sangha connects us – within and without.
We teach our students to nurture their divine nature, treating their bodies as sanctuaries.
We combine ancient practices and modern insights for holistic wellness.
Our practices nourish the body, mind, and spirit. They are designed to reduce stress, build energy and bring awareness to our being.
Our priority is quality over quantity, presence over escapism.
Our customized programs focus on sustainable lifestyle changes for optimal health.
We advocate for a balanced approach to exercise that conserves energy, protects the nervous system and builds strength and agility.
Process
“Hatha bina raja,
Raja yoga bina hatha na
sidhyanthi”
Yoga unfolds from doing to experiencing.
We practice Hatha Yoga (asana and pranayama) to reach Raja Yoga, which brings deep experiences (dharna), enhanced concentration (dhyana), and meditation (Samadhi). This journey eliminates residual stress, deepens awareness, relieves pain and fosters creativity.
The quality of our energy is tied to our nutrition, as poor diets can stress the body. Ancient traditions advocate for fresh, local, seasonal produce to prevent disease and support yogic practices.

Practices
Man’s superiority to other natural beings is to be looked for less in the perfection of his outer form than in his inner life: the life of his soul, power of consciousness, his reasoning. Walter Buhler MD states, ‘It is because of these inner endowments that he develops in his own unique way, achieving mastery over the rest.’ Man is therefore co-creating with nature health and sickness.
